Signed with the artist’s initials, A.G. and dated 2004, this wooden Telemark-style rosemaling plate has a warm brown-to-black background with flowers in lighter browns, tans, greens and blues with accents in a cream color. Altogether, the color palette is deep and rich.
The plate would look lovely on your wall and will no doubt be a discussion piece. It’s just under 13″ wide and stands around 1″ tall. It weighs 11oz.
While there are some very faint marks – this is 20 years old after all – there are no cracks or dents we can see.
