This wooden plate looks to glow with it’s light cream center that darkens to a warm grey at the edges! Orange and green S- and C-scrolls and intertwined flowers are typical of the Telemark-style Rosemaling. Edged in brown, the flowers pop against the cream background. The plate’s edges have designs in brown, tan and steel-blue.
The plate is around 9.75″ in diameter and weighs around 9 ounces. It looks like the blue on the back of the plate has been touched-up, but otherwise, the plate is in good shape. We’re not sure of it’s age.
